About Practice

Burstein Medical Associates was founded by Frank Burstein MD (1927-2014) in 1956, back in the days when most offices were in the basement of the doctor’s home and house-calls were in vogue. He was a caring, compassionate doctor with the reputation of being an excellent diagnostician. That tradition is carried on by his son, William Burstein. Although the practice is no longer in the basement and house-calls are no longer the norm-caring, compassionate care by an experienced, astute diagnostician is still available.

Burstein Medical Associates (BMA) provides high quality care with an array of on site services including immunizations, EKG, and Spirometry to name a few. BMA takes your care seriously and will make sure you are up to date with all immunizations and screening tests that are recommended for your age. Our electronic medical system allows you to view all tests and lab results through your computer.

Burstein Medical Associates has been recognized by The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a level III Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) – the highest level awarded.
